A company is looking for an Automotive Dealer Communications CSR Agent (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support to dealership personnel via inbound phone calls and live chat channels
- Accurately log and track all dealer interactions using CRM tools and internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex dealer issues and educate dealers on self-service tools
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or dealer support experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, live chat platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work within a rotating schedule, including occasional weekends or holidays
