Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Dealer Communications CSR Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time support to dealership personnel via inbound phone calls and live chat channels
  • Accurately log and track all dealer interactions using CRM tools and internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex dealer issues and educate dealers on self-service tools
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service or dealer support experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, live chat platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work within a rotating schedule, including occasional weekends or holidays
