Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Technician to work in a remote call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service for inbound and outbound calls
- Schedule pharmacist consultation appointments with members
- Document provider feedback in the clinical database and manage incoming fax queues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current pharmacy technician license in state of residence
- Prior call center experience with inbound and/or outbound calls
- Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
- Bilingual in medical terminology is a plus
