• Deliver comprehensive software training and create engaging webinars for clients on SoftPro Select
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot software issues, maintaining detailed records of user inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay user feedback and contribute to product improvements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or degree in a related field is a plus
• Strong computer literacy and genuine interest in software applications
• Proven ability to learn new software applications quickly and efficiently
