A company is looking for a Call Center Representative -OVERNIGHT.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer phone calls and emails, managing inquiries and service requests
- Open service requests and sales orders, ensuring timely closure and updates in Salesforce
- Coordinate repairs and technical support with field personnel, scheduling workload effectively
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a call center representative or in a similar customer service role
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple tasks
- Availability to work from 11pm to 7:30am Eastern time, Monday to Friday
