Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Patient Support Programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Business Product Owner (BPO) for the Patient Support Program, facilitating communication between PSS Operations and Commercial IT
- Define business requirements and program objectives, mapping workflows and identifying areas for improvement
- Review technical documentation to ensure alignment with business objectives and oversee timely implementation by IT
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years working with IT/development teams on Patient Support Programs
- Previous experience in program or product launch in a BPO or similar role
- Strong understanding of internal CRMs and technical project implementation
- Experience managing reimbursement or patient assistance programs
