A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative (Bilingual: Spanish / English).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer communications including onboarding, retention, and support via multiple channels
- Manage contractor status, renewals, and provide user support for inbound queries
- Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and maintain client engagement records
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
- Grade 12 or Matric, or a similar qualification
- 2 years of customer support experience, with 1 year in a remote work environment
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool
- Basic understanding of health and safety and contractor management
