A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone and email to analyze and resolve inquiries
- Ensure timely resolution of customer requests and maintain service level time frames
- Prepare and explain reports regarding billing, payment, and account balance activity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred or equivalent job experience
- 1 - 2 years of prior experience in the Energy Industry, Customer Service, Billing, or Collections
- Bilingual Spanish/English speaking ability preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel
- Ability to analyze information and make quick, fact-based decisions
