Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers via phone and email to analyze and resolve inquiries
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer requests and maintain service level time frames
  • Prepare and explain reports regarding billing, payment, and account balance activity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred or equivalent job experience
  • 1 - 2 years of prior experience in the Energy Industry, Customer Service, Billing, or Collections
  • Bilingual Spanish/English speaking ability preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel
  • Ability to analyze information and make quick, fact-based decisions
