Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding mortgage servicing questions and concerns
  • Initiate early delinquency contact and recommend retention solutions
  • Assist borrowers with loan servicing website and mobile app issues
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a mortgage servicing call center using Black Knight's Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes some weekends
  • History of reliable attendance and ability to meet performance standards
  • Must pass a background investigation
