Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding mortgage servicing questions and concerns
- Initiate early delinquency contact and recommend retention solutions
- Assist borrowers with loan servicing website and mobile app issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a mortgage servicing call center using Black Knight's Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work a schedule that includes some weekends
- History of reliable attendance and ability to meet performance standards
- Must pass a background investigation
