Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical implementations of third-party tools and their interaction with proprietary products
- Analyze client business needs to ensure alignment with best practices and optimal configuration
- Provide ongoing support for software solutions and maintain detailed documentation of all activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- One plus year experience in implementing corporate tools in a travel management company environment
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience in MIS or a related field
- Experience in the travel industry with knowledge of GDS systems (SABRE preferred) and online booking tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Aptitude for learning and adapting to new industry products and technology
