Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Manage and support Office 365 applications and services, including user accounts and collaboration tools
- Oversee procurement of IT hardware and software to align with business needs and budget
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or related technical roles
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and Active Directory in hybrid environments
- Expertise in NTFS permissions management and group permissions
- Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune or SCCM
- Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems like SysAid or ServiceNow
