Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with members telephonically to assess needs and provide information or resources
• Complete behavioral health assessments and assist members in understanding treatment options
• Develop health goals with members and facilitate connections to resources for achieving those goals

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work
• Fully independent licensed practitioner (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LISW)
• 3+ years of clinical experience, including psychoeducation
• Experience with motivational interviewing
• Proficiency with MS Office
