A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with members telephonically to assess needs and provide information or resources
- Complete behavioral health assessments and assist members in understanding treatment options
- Develop health goals with members and facilitate connections to resources for achieving those goals
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work
- Fully independent licensed practitioner (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LISW)
- 3+ years of clinical experience, including psychoeducation
- Experience with motivational interviewing
- Proficiency with MS Office
