Job Summary
A company is looking for a Zendesk Superuser - Customer Care on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Run a gap analysis to assess the current state of Zendesk and desired improvements
- Configure and optimize Zendesk for enhanced workflows and performance
- Train team members on best practices and new features while creating documentation and onboarding materials
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Zendesk admin or super-user
- Strong understanding of Zendesk Support configuration and reporting
- Experience in customer service operations and process optimization
- Confidence in working with HTML/CSS for customization and API integrations
- Bonus: Zendesk certification and/or experience in a regulated industry
