Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative I (CX Rep I).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails, providing basic support and information
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to billing, account changes, and issues promptly and accurately
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records in the system
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A designated work area free from any distractions or interruptions
  • Ability to participate in 2 weeks of Virtual Training
