A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative I (CX Rep I).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails, providing basic support and information
- Resolve customer inquiries related to billing, account changes, and issues promptly and accurately
- Document customer interactions and update customer records in the system
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of related experience in a call center environment preferred
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A designated work area free from any distractions or interruptions
- Ability to participate in 2 weeks of Virtual Training
