Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Case Administrator to provide exceptional customer service and manage relationships with regional offices and financial professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for assigned regions, processing new business administration tasks from case setup to final disposition
- Ensure compliance with regulatory policies, review data for discrepancies, and provide updates on contract statuses
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial professionals and internal teams to enhance the new business process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in processing or a similar position preferred
- LOMA or industry courses or certification preferred
- Prior knowledge of insurance is a plus
- Competent computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
