A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices
- Schedule and manage patient appointments while providing detailed information and updates
- Document patient information and escalate issues as necessary to ensure patient needs are met
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with multiple communication tools, including phone and online platforms
