Key Responsibilities

• Connect with consumers to resolve delinquent account issues
• Provide advice, options, and solutions to help consumers repay financial obligations
• Work collaboratively with a diverse customer base to achieve goals

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals
• Basic computer knowledge and skills
• Open availability from 8am-6pm PST
• Ability to work effectively in team settings
• Negotiation skills
