Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Claims Representative - Short Term Disability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of initial liability and ongoing Short Term Disability claims
- Utilize sound judgment and technical knowledge to manage claims in accordance with regulations and policies
- Demonstrate core values and maintain productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience with Short Term Disability claims
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work any shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and occasional overtime
