A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains relationships with key HR decision makers and business leaders to ensure client satisfaction and engagement
- Responds to complex inquiries and collaborates with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve client issues
- Monitors customer utilization trends and develops strategies to enhance engagement and satisfaction with products and services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience interfacing directly with clients, including HR departments and C-suite individuals
- Ability to prioritize workload and function independently as well as part of a team
- Strong understanding of the mental wellbeing market and healthcare landscape
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Gainsight preferred
