Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the technical side of products to provide guidance and support to customers
- Act as a point of contact for technical support, helping customers troubleshoot issues and escalating concerns as needed
- Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure effective use of the platform and gather feedback for product improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a technical support, solutions engineering, or DevOps role focused on IAM, IT, or Security
- Hands-on experience with HTTP APIs (REST, OAuth) and authentication protocols
- Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for troubleshooting containerized applications
- Experience with on-prem infrastructure and hybrid cloud deployments
- Open to working the East Coast shift [6:30 am - 3:30 pm]
