Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the technical side of products to provide guidance and support to customers
  • Act as a point of contact for technical support, helping customers troubleshoot issues and escalating concerns as needed
  • Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure effective use of the platform and gather feedback for product improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a technical support, solutions engineering, or DevOps role focused on IAM, IT, or Security
  • Hands-on experience with HTTP APIs (REST, OAuth) and authentication protocols
  • Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for troubleshooting containerized applications
  • Experience with on-prem infrastructure and hybrid cloud deployments
  • Open to working the East Coast shift [6:30 am - 3:30 pm]
