A company is looking for a Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate credentialing and enrollment for healthcare providers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new payer launches and share operational insights
• Educate and support credentialing and enrollment associates on new processes and payers

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or with health insurance plans
• Proven collaboration skills across teams to address complex issues
• Experience in developing and optimizing processes into clear documentation
• Proficiency with tools/software such as Excel, Salesforce, and Zendesk
