Required Qualifications
- Background in Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success, preferably with an AI product for SMBs
- Experience in customer service or a related field with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and report customer interactions accurately
- Ability to adapt to customer feedback and evolving business needs
