Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative 1 - SHP (Remote/Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure positive interactions with members, applicants, providers, and agents regarding Medicare Advantage or Commercial/Marketplace products
- Identify customer concerns and research inquiries to provide timely resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to a Benefit Specialist as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in business administration is preferred
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience is required
- Experience in a health insurance call center is preferred
- No certifications or licenses are required; a State of Wisconsin Insurance Agent's license is preferred
- Remote work capability with proper internet bandwidth is necessary
