Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Retention and Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high volume incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel services and identify opportunities to retain them
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, negotiating solutions, and upselling services
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and products to effectively assist customers and improve retention rates
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role focused on customer retention
  • 2+ years of call center customer service or sales experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or some college experience required
  • Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with high-speed internet access
  • Attendance adherence during the 8-week training program is mandatory
