Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volume incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel services and identify opportunities to retain them
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, negotiating solutions, and upselling services
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and products to effectively assist customers and improve retention rates
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role focused on customer retention
- 2+ years of call center customer service or sales experience
- High school diploma, GED, or some college experience required
- Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with high-speed internet access
- Attendance adherence during the 8-week training program is mandatory
