Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Call Center Agent responsible for managing calls from pet owners and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Field calls from prospective clients in a timely and friendly manner
- Encourage appointment scheduling and ensure client satisfaction utilizing established call scripts
- Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls and provide feedback to management on call processes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior veterinary experience and/or call center experience in a medical setting is preferred
- Ability to work remotely and productively as part of a team
- Basic typing skills and comfort working with a laptop
- Availability to work 30-40 hours a week from home with a high-quality internet connection
