A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive success, retention, and growth within its customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor and advocate for customers, ensuring they achieve meaningful outcomes from the platform
  • Lead renewals, drive platform adoption, and identify new growth opportunities
  • Build trusted, lasting partnerships with customers through collaboration with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in a SaaS environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in leading renewal conversations
  • Familiarity with Customer Experience (CX), UX research, and product design lifecycles
  • 2-4 years of experience leading a Customer Success Team for Fortune 500 or larger enterprise businesses
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Planhat is a bonus
