Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to educate members on medication options and benefit changes
- Participate in client initiatives and support project execution with clear documentation
- Serve as a liaison to ensure coordinated support among members, pharmacies, and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, communications, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits, customer service, or patient advocacy
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, project-driven, or cross-functional team environment preferred
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Familiarity with pharmacy benefit design and cost-containment strategies is a plus
