Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist to provide exceptional service to investment clients and Financial Advisors in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process iCapital enrollments and handle cash management functions, including ACAT, wire, and ACH transfers
- Deliver excellent customer service by explaining complex money movement processes to clients via various communication channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational matters and ensure timely completion of service requests
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services operations preferred, with knowledge of investment products
- Experience in client service aspects of investment advisory, such as ACAT and IRA distributions
- Familiarity with web-based investment service delivery and remote service models
