Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Representative to provide remote support for tax software.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for tax/accounting software
- Assist customers via phone or email, troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Log results in the ticketing system and escalate when needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1+ year experience in Help Desk, Call Center, or Customer Support
- Must be bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
- Computer literate (PC, Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with CCH Pro System fx and CCH Axcess Tax is a plus
