Job Summary

A company is looking for a PACT Rep I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Link patient experiences between PACT and practice sites while assisting inbound callers and making outbound calls as necessary
  • Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance information, and update medical records while handling emergent calls appropriately
  • Provide customer service per departmental standards and assist with marketing efforts while maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate
  • Typically requires 0 - 1 year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service-related area
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
  • Basic understanding of computers and desktop software packages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various customer/patient needs
