A company is looking for a PACT Rep I.
Key Responsibilities
- Link patient experiences between PACT and practice sites while assisting inbound callers and making outbound calls as necessary
- Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance information, and update medical records while handling emergent calls appropriately
- Provide customer service per departmental standards and assist with marketing efforts while maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Typically requires 0 - 1 year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service-related area
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
- Basic understanding of computers and desktop software packages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various customer/patient needs
