Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, identifying assistance needed and providing appropriate responses
- Document call interactions and serve as a resource for team members
- Coordinate information with clinical teams and assist with care coordination
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 3+ years of experience in the behavioral health field
- 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications
- 1+ years of telephonic customer service experience
