Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist (Per Diem) to provide critical client support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct brief client assessments during initial calls and provide crisis support
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and maintain detailed documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure personalized client care and be available for on-call support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or client-facing roles
• 1+ years' experience in client support or healthcare (preferred)
• Compassionate and dedicated to supporting client success
• Availability for flexible hours, including holidays, overnights, and weekends
