Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services, including scheduling and registration
• Perform insurance verification, prior authorization, and financial counseling
• Adhere to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards to support operational goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in customer service or related field
• Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
• Stable internet connection for remote work after initial onsite training
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle processes is a plus
