Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls, documenting information according to procedures
  • Process orders and verify insurance eligibility and coverage
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative or customer service roles
  • For senior level, two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience is required
  • Experience in a Medicare certified environment is preferred
