Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Navigator to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct educational calls to advise members on available benefits and services, completing health needs assessments
  • Encourage members with identified gaps in care to become compliant and assist with provider location and appointment scheduling
  • Manage system work queues and facilitate research and analysis of inquiries related to member services


Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in education, communication, health-related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service support role
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Digital literacy assessment required
