Key Responsibilities
- Conduct educational calls to advise members on available benefits and services, completing health needs assessments
- Encourage members with identified gaps in care to become compliant and assist with provider location and appointment scheduling
- Manage system work queues and facilitate research and analysis of inquiries related to member services
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in education, communication, health-related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in a customer service support role
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Digital literacy assessment required
