A company is looking for a FLEX Application Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates the call resolution process for the FOSSE property management system
- Provides level 1 problem determination and support for FOSSE PMS and integrated applications
- Records incidents and communicates resolution or next steps to customers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or computer support
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Word
- Established work history of strong customer service
- General knowledge of hospitality business functions and processes
