A company is looking for a Patient Navigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative intake and rescheduling of members
  • Coordinate requests for mental health services with hospitals, clinics, and the clinical team
  • Process referrals and prior authorizations, assisting clinical staff with documentation and inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling
