Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering member and provider inquiries courteously
  • Perform all general duties required in the CSR I role and maintain high telephone quality standards
  • Participate in training and educational activities to stay current on procedural changes and product knowledge
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Preferred knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Compliance with HIPAA and data security guidelines
