Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering member and provider inquiries courteously
- Perform all general duties required in the CSR I role and maintain high telephone quality standards
- Participate in training and educational activities to stay current on procedural changes and product knowledge
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Preferred knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Compliance with HIPAA and data security guidelines
