- Log into multiple business applications and manage customer interactions across various channels

Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Two years of experience in a customer-facing or knowledge delivery role preferred
- Proficiency in using multiple software applications and systems simultaneously
- Ability to work in a remote environment with a dedicated workspace and required internet speed
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
