Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to manage billing and assist members with payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Mail reminder and lapse letters in a timely manner
- Review retention reports and manage unpaid accounts
- Make at least 50 outbound calls per day to assist members
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Basic computer proficiency
- Illinois Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
