Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to manage billing and assist members with payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mail reminder and lapse letters in a timely manner
  • Review retention reports and manage unpaid accounts
  • Make at least 50 outbound calls per day to assist members
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Illinois Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
