Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Claims team, ensuring efficient execution of claims policies and procedures
- Oversee compliance related to claims handling and adjust claims according to policies and regulations
- Develop programs to monitor performance and create structured development programs for claims agents and managers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a management role within claims
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Self-starter able to work independently
