Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS, with a proven track record in managing high-value accounts
- Experience in building executive-level relationships and influencing across organizations
- Strong background in leading multi-stakeholder implementations and change management
- A data-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to identify risks and opportunities
- Experience in procurement, AP automation, or fintech industries is a plus
