Job Summary
A company is looking for an AMS Claim Specialist to manage total absence claims effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and administer Family & Medical Leave Act and other leave claims, ensuring compliance with regulations and company procedures
- Make eligibility decisions during intake calls and perform necessary follow-ups on claims
- Update systems to accurately reflect leave status and maintain proper documentation
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of related experience with a focus on customer satisfaction
- 1+ year of experience in Absence Management Claims, ADA, STD, AMS, or LTD
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of system applications and FMLA/Disability/Leave procedures preferred
