Key Responsibilities
- Execute key deliverables while onboarding new customers onto the operating system
- Anticipate project risks and serve as an escalation point to ensure successful onboarding
- Monitor and track onboarding progress, providing updates on milestones and performance
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of management and/or operations experience, preferably in revenue cycle operations
- Proven track record of successful revenue-driving partnerships and effective relationship management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects
- Ability to operate independently with sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
- Strong PowerPoint skills for creating executive-level presentations
