Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch, white-glove support to enterprise clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses to complex inquiries
- Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and create detailed Jira tickets for bugs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues impacting customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
- Experience with Zendesk or other support-related ticketing software
- Strong understanding of SQL and network operating systems
- Experience managing a Help Center or user-facing documentation
