Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Unit (CSU) Onboarding Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to align and innovate onboarding practices and processes
- Manage all aspects of the CSU onboarding programs through effective program/project management
- Drive innovation and experimentation in onboarding programs to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in relevant fields such as Learning and Development or program/project management
- OR Vocational qualification or Bachelor's Degree AND/OR 2+ years experience in relevant fields
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in leading complex projects to deliver high-value outcomes
- Experience using AI for operational efficiency and understanding its application in learning
- 8+ years of program management experience, with a strong ability to partner with Senior Leadership
