Key Responsibilities
- Answer patient calls regarding Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and research balances
- Manage patient refunds and process patient payments
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collections
- Current knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare
- Thorough understanding of EOBs
- Self-motivated and a team player
