Key Responsibilities
- Support and build trust with policy customers by addressing their unique needs
- Offer additional products to customers while providing excellent service
- Complete training to gain a solid base of insurance knowledge for effective customer support
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
- A minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to complete a 15 to 20-week training program
- Must be eligible to work remotely
