Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager to support its commercial insurance agency operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare renewal quotes, issue policies, endorsements, and manage documentation in the agency system
- Process Certificates of Insurance for new and renewal business and assist with claim processing
- Maintain records in the Applied EPIC Agency Management System and handle premium financing and collections
Required Qualifications
- Property & Casualty License is required
- Experience with CRM software and familiarity with Applied Epic or similar software
- Commercial insurance experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in office software applications, particularly G Suite and Microsoft Office
