Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager to support its commercial insurance agency operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare renewal quotes, issue policies, endorsements, and manage documentation in the agency system
  • Process Certificates of Insurance for new and renewal business and assist with claim processing
  • Maintain records in the Applied EPIC Agency Management System and handle premium financing and collections
Required Qualifications
  • Property & Casualty License is required
  • Experience with CRM software and familiarity with Applied Epic or similar software
  • Commercial insurance experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in office software applications, particularly G Suite and Microsoft Office
