Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service related to authorizations, care coordination, and member outreach
- Manage communications with providers regarding authorizations and referrals
- Document member information according to internal procedures and comply with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in a customer service environment
- Working experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
