Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries
- Accurately enter and verify orders received via phone, email, and fax
- Resolve customer issues through research and follow-up via phone and email
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of call center or customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience with computer systems and order entry
- Experience in the coffee industry is a plus
